Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Monday, March 31, 2025 at St. Paul Church of Peoria with a visitation beginning one hour prior at 9 am. Rev. Dr. Deveraux Hubbard, Senior Pastor, will officiate. Jay will be laid to rest at Camp Butler National Cemetery, Springfield, IL with full U.S. Air Force Military Honors.
