Mr. Louis Brown Sr., 77, of Peoria IL passed away at 4:13 pm on Monday, March 17, 2025 at Goldwater Care Peoria Heights Nursing Home.
Louis was born on January 2, 1948 in Lexington MS to the late Dillard, Sr. and Mattie Mae (Johnson) Brown.
Louis graduated from Peoria Central High School and worked different jobs throughout his lifetime. Louis played football while in High School and developed a love for sports. Louis was one of the oldest Kidney transplant recipients' survivors known. Louis enjoyed his grandchildren and would mention that they all knew him. He confessed Christ at an early age at New Morning Star MBC.
