Andrew "Andy" William Jackson, 60, of Peoria, passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024, at his home.
He was born on February 23, 1964, in Aurora, IL, to Shirley (Snyder) and the late William Clarence Jackson.
Andy was a 1982 graduate of Morton High School, and served his country honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a dedicated soldier, and cherished his time with his fellow Marines.
Andy is survived by his mother, Shirley Jackson; sister, Sherry (Robert) Miles; two nieces and one nephew; and his loyal canine companion, and best-friend, Solo.
Cremation has been accorded. Burial will take place at Springdale Cemetery. The Wilton Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
