Timothy M. McCraith, 54, of Washington, IL, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 in Peoria.
Son of Donald and Carolyn McCraith, he was born on November 21, 1969. He attended St. Mary's Grade School in Metamora and Spalding Academy High School in Peoria. Upon graduation, he attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, where he received a bachelor's degree in Radio-Television, with a minor in Computer Information Processing. He began his working career at R. J. Distributing in Peoria as a salesperson and later transitioned to Caterpillar, Inc. where he worked for over 20 years, most recently as an IT Program Management Developer. During his time at Caterpillar, he also managed to balance his work and personal responsibilities to receive his MBA from Benedictine University in Springfield, IL.
Outside of work, Tim enjoyed spending as much time as possible with both of his sons, Carter and Patrick. He was active in both of their lives and activities, ranging from basketball, bas
