Mary Kathleen "Kathy" Sager, 80, of Peoria, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024 at Buehler Home in Peoria.
Kathy was born October 28, 1943 in Peoria to Jack and Mary Eppel. She married David W. Sager on October 14, 1967 in Peoria.
Kathy and Dave had four children who survive, Liz (Justin) Sturgell of Aurora, MO, Mark (Teresa) Sager of Peoria, Matt (Jaci) Sager of Colleyville, TX and Susan (Rob) Culp of Peoria; and eleven grandsons who loved their time spent with Grandma Kathy; Kevin, Brandon, David, Will, Brady, Jack, Joe, Mitch, Charlie, Evan and Tyler. Aunt Kathleen will also be missed by her nieces and nephews.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Dave, who she missed dearly since his passing in 2020; sister Betty and brother, John Eppel.
Kathy graduated from Academy of Our Lady and OSF School of Nursing. She was worked as a nurse in the office of Dr. O'Rourke for several years before dedicating herself full time to being a Mom. When her own children were grown, sh
